Welcome to our lady of peace and hope mission
Everyone is welcome at Our Lady of Peace and Hope Mission, and that means everyone. Our services are a traditional sacramental form of worship – with its stately ritual, deep mysticism and witness to the reality of sacramental grace – with the widest measure of intellectual liberty and respect for the individual conscience.
We offer Holy Communion and other Catholic sacraments to all, without barriers based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, gender or gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, economic status, age, disability, theological viewpoint, familial status, or issues of individual conscience. Sunday Worship services are held every Sunday at 10:00 a.m. at The Historic Y University on 5th Avenue in Tucson, in the first-floor conference room. |
The first public celebration of the Holy Eucharist at Our Lady of Peace and Hope Liberal Catholic Mission Sunday, took place on September 9, 2007 at the Mosaic United Methodist Church, 3434 East 22nd Street, Tucson, Arizona.
